The Mars Society members have presented close to 200 papers at the two most recent Mars Society Conventions in 2005 and 2006. We are planning to proceed to press on another book in the “On to Mars” series, and we want to encourage all who made presentations at the last two Conventions to submit a full paper for this planned publication.

Authors who are preparing their 2005 or 2006 Mars Convention paper for publication should follow the instructions for preparing their papers in the pdf
2006 Authors instructions here. An assignment of publishing rights to The Mars Society is included in the instructions and must be signed and mailed in.

Papers must be received by 31 October, 2006 to be considered for the planned “On to Mars 3″ publication. Questions or clarifications can be addressed to crossmanf@earthlink.net.
